You can place an order by phone or email, your order will be treated in strict chronological order. The only exception to this rule is if I have what you want already in stock, and there is no-one else waiting for that product.

There are times when I'm back ordered, I will try my best to give you an estimated delivery date, but it is quite often hard to be accurate. Please try to plan ahead.

When your order is ready I will contact you for payment, and then ship your order.

Post & Packing will be at cost, this will be quoted seperately from your bullet order when I contact you. Where possible I will use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Payment

When your order is in the mail system I will email your invoice to you, my bank details are on it. Direct transfer to my bank is my prefered method of payment. If that's not possible I'm happy to take a cheque or you can pay by card.

For the security conscious; I will never ask for payment through this website.
